Ms. Hoang Hong Diep boasts over 20 years of expertise in import and export management and consulting for major World Bank (WB) and UK Embassy in Vietnam projects related to foreign trade and Vietnam’s commitments in Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), with a focus on Rules of Origin, non-tariff measures, and import and export procedures.

In addition, she brings over a decade of experience in Business Process Automation (BPA) in software development, having made significant contributions to several systems, including the Vietnam Trade Information Portal, Nation Single Window, National Vaccine Supply Chain System, Vietnam Free Trade Agreement Portal, and the Vietnam National Trade Repository.

Ms. Hoang Hong Diep holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws, specializing in International Trade and Law.
