Le Huu Quang Huy is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of the International Institute for Investment Research (ISC). He brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously held several key positions in the Ministry of Planning and Investment, including Director General, Counselor, Head of Investment Promotion Office at the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Japan, and Head of the Investment Promotion Center in Central Vietnam.
Huy’s expertise has been invaluable in shaping the development of Vietnam’s foreign investment policies. He was a key contributor to the drafting of the country’s first Foreign Investment Law in 1996 and related guiding documents. His efforts in promoting foreign direct investment in Vietnam have earned him recognition, including the Third-Class Labor Medal from the President.
Huy holds a Bachelor of Economic Law from the Hanoi Law College and a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the Institute of Social Studies in The Hague, Netherlands.
